My experience with Granite Empire was very good. They are professional and friendly very easy to work with. The process was quick and my sales person Maria was helpful and explained everything to me. I recommend them.
Maria did a wonderful job with my space. She really to care to make sure everything fit the way I wanted. And she was very good with communicating with me. I am very pleased with my countertops and how they turned out.
I had been looking off and on for quite a while for granite countertops. The big chain stores were very impersonal. That was not the case at Granite Empire. They made me feel like a valued customer in the showroom, on the grounds of the show yard and in my home. Each person I came in contact with during the process was helpful and professional. I would definitely consider them again.

I wanted to post a review because this company is just fantastic. From working with Peter to select the stone, to the man and woman who measured our counter tops to the install gentlemen - it was coordinated well and extremely professional. I have misplaced the names of the men who did our install and will update when I find them but they were outstanding and HONEST! We had very large counter tops and as you can see they turned out amazing. Would definitely use this company again!
Everyone I communicated with was very helpful. Peter was patient while I took a long time choosing my countertops in the blazing heat of summer. The installation team was kind, courteous, and fast. They were the only contractors that didn't make a mess while working in my kitchen. Everyone did exactly what they said they would. Communication was good and I would highly recommend Peter and his team. I waited a year before posting this and am still very happy. I’ve had no issues and love my kitchen!

We just had our countertops installed this morning and we absolutely love them. The crew who installed them came earlier than scheduled, and the all job was done in 45 minutes. Maria helped us through the all process and she was awesome to work with. We are so happy with the work they've done, that we are having them do our backslash too next week! Thank you Granite Empire!

We shopped around and one of the biggest things for us is everyone else had extra fees and Granite Empire gives you a price includes everything. Picked what we wanted and was installed within a week. Then decided to use them for the tile backsplash and turned out great!

Had a great experience with Granite Empire. Peter was so helpful in helping us find the perfect countertop. They were so quick to make a template and they installed them a little over a week later. The price was good compared to a big home improvement store which was going to take 6-8 weeks. We would definitely recommend Granite Empire. 😍

I was going to get laminate countertops because it was cheaper, and through a well known building supply company. It was going to take 4 weeks after waiting 6 weeks to get it measured. I found Granite Empire of Chattanooga on Facebook. I messaged them, and Peter came out the same day and measured and installed 6 business days later! I was able to get Granite because their prices was $1,000 less than the quote for granite was from the building supply company. I am happy with Granite Empire of Chattanooga and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great job and great prices!
We had the best experience with Granite Empire! We wanted a place to go and view the stones and they have an excellent selection! Peter was so easy to work with and we got it all delivered to Alabama, so don’t worry about distance! Communication was easy and we even added a full height backsplash and shower pieces (top of the bench, top and front of the small walls in the picture) along the way to match our countertops. Everyone was friendly and scheduling was easy. Will continue to recommend to anyone looking for quality service and beautiful stone!
